SAFETY COMES FIRST FOR OUR DRIVERS AND PASSENGERS

To be an accredited SheSafe driver in Western Australia, you must:

    • be over the age of 21

    • have a full driver’s license and submit a snapshot

    • obtain and submit a Police Background Check

    • obtain and submit a Working with Children Certificate

    • ensure your vehicle has the correct hire and reward category of insurance

    • have an F extension on your licence

    • have an Omnibus Charter Vehicle License (for your car)

    • read and sign the SheSafe Child Safety Policy

    • send us a photo of yourself for the App

    • send us a photo of your vehicle for the App

SheSafe National Child Safety Policy

1. Download the Policy PDF and read it thoroughly.
2. Print out Page 7 of the document.
3. Write your name, sign and date as an indication that you have read and understood the document.
4. Send a photo by email or the printed page to the SheSafe office for our records.

You are responsible for ensuring that your vehicle is registered and has passed an annual vehicle inspection. You should also check that the vehicle has the correct hire and reward category 3(f) of Motor Injury Insurance (MII) recorded against its registration. MII is compulsory insurance, paid as part of the vehicle registration, that covers the cost of injuries and death caused to other parties by you, as the driver of the vehicle.
