She Safe

She Safe: It's a new world built on values and dignity.

The Why ?

Hello, ladies and gentlemen.

My name is Lance Scott, Founder of MadKiwi Designs. She's Safe.

Over the past few months, I have been conducting market research in the passenger rideshare transportation industry, and the results are alarming.

Today, I want to share findings from a report regarding sexual assault and misconduct complaints related to Uber.

Are you prepared for these shocking numbers?

On August 18, 2025, it was reported that Uber alone had 400,000 sexual assault and misconduct complaints. However, in a biennial safety report released on that same day, covering the years 2017 to 2022, Uber disclosed only 12,522 of these incidents. This is truly concerning.

Uber addressed 3,824 incidents of severe sexual assault and misconduct. Additionally, they reinstated two known sexual predators with back pay. This behaviour does not reflect customer support or care—far from it.

Have you ever wondered about the number of fatal crashes involving rideshare vehicles? It’s alarming to think about, especially when considering the state of some of the cars and the driving habits of others. Tragically, a father and his 12-year-old daughter lost their lives in a horrific rideshare crash in Sydney.

Reports indicate that Uber was involved in 91 fatal crashes resulting in 101 deaths between 2019 and 2020. This number increased to 127 fatal crashes with 153 deaths between 2021 and 2022, illustrating a troubling upward trend. Other data suggests that Uber-related crashes occur at a rate of 9.4 per million trips globally. It's also worth noting that around 58% of the fatalities in rideshare crashes are among third parties, rather than passengers or drivers.

Once again, it is with deep sadness that I mention the father and his 12-year-old daughter who were tragically killed in a rideshare accident in Sydney.

DV Domestic Violence

This content contains information some readers may find distressing as it refers to information about family, domestic and sexual violence

Domestic violence in Australia is a severe, pervasive crisis, with 1 in 4 women and 1 in 14 men experiencing violence from an intimate partner since age 15. It is a major health and social issue, resulting in one woman killed approximately every 9–10 days by a partner, and thousands of hospitalisations annually

Key aspects of the crisis include:

  • Types of Abuse: Beyond physical violence, 1 in 8 people have experienced economic abuse.

  • Fatalities: 184 women were killed as a result of violence since the inception of the national plan to end gender-based violence (2022–2025).

  • Systemic Issues: There is a high awareness of the problem, but also evidence of systemic failures, such as perpetrators being granted bai

  • Prevalence: Roughly 11% (2.2 million) of people have experienced physical/sexual violence from a partner.

  • Gendered Nature: While men can be victims, women are far more likely to experience intimate partner violence, and around 95% of all victims (men or women) experience violence from a male perpetrator
